Recipe for Chicken Biryani:
Wash two bowls of basmati rice and drain the water. Put the whole packet of yogurt and perfect chicken dum biryani masala in half a bowl and mix it thoroughly, keep this mixture for half an hour chicken mixture. Put saffron in half a bowl of lukewarm milk, put 2 tbsp oil in a bowl and fry onions. Put 4 tbsp desi ghee or butter, 3-4 bay leaves, 5-6 cloves, 5 green cardamom, 5-6 red chillies in pan and fry again and fry Basmati rice for 2 minutes. Then take four cups of hot water, add saffron, salt to taste and cook half raw. After laying the above layer of chicken, cooked rice and saffron, keep it on low heat for 20-25 minutes to give strength. When the biryani is fully cooked, serve it with churma.
